Data Protection Officer according to
GDPR General Data Protection Regulation

The Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO or DS-GVO; French Règlement général sur la protection des données RGPD, English General Data Protection Regulation GDPR) is a European Union regulation that harmonizes the rules governing the processing of personal data by most data processors, both private and public, throughout the EU. This is intended to ensure the protection of personal data within the European Union on the one hand, and to guarantee the free movement of data within the European internal market on the other.

Exam

In order to receive the GDPR Professional Examination Certificate, you must successfully pass the multiple-choice examination.

The exam will be available as of Q2 2021.

Duration:: 75 minutes
Format:: 50 multiple choice questions; two to six possible answers; one, several, or all of which may be correct.
Min points:: 30 of 50

Each completely correctly answered question is given one point. If questions are answered incorrectly, 0 points are given(but no points are deducted). A question is considered to have been answered incorrectly if a wrong answer is marked or not all of the correct answers have been checked.

Prerequisite

Start of training: None - However, it is recommended to hold the GDPR Foundation Certificate before attending the GDPR Professional Training.
Start of test: None - However, we recommend holding the GDPR Foundation Certificate and attending a training course at an ICO accredited training organisation.

In order to receive the GDPR Foundation Examination Certificate, you must successfully pass the multiple-choice exam.

Format:: 30 Multiple Choice questions; with two or three possible answers; one, two or all three answers may be correct.
Min points:: 18 of 30

Each completely correctly answered question is given one point. If questions are answered incorrectly, 0 points are given (but no points are deducted). A question is considered to have been answered incorrectly if a wrong answer is marked, or if not all of the correct answers have been marked.
