The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this data protection declaration.
In all data processing processes, i. e. data collection, storage and use, we strictly adhere to the requirements of the basic European data protection regulation (Art. 13 para. 2e EU-DSGVO). Personal data that you entrust to us will never be sold, leased or made available to third parties for marketing purposes.
The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (e. g. name, address or e-mail addresses) are collected on our pages, this is always done, as far as possible, on a voluntary basis.
We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e. g. when communicating by e-mail) may have security gaps. A complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
The ICO works with training organisations that carry out a qualification and competency assessment test following the training measure. For this purpose, we collect and process personal data, which we also pass on to external third parties for the purpose of carrying out audits. External third parties act as examiners, supervisors, reviewers and/or examiners or in any other role necessary for the course of the examination. The required data are:
first and last name, address, date of birth, place of birth, country of birth, e-mail address, certificate ID, date of issue and, if necessary, test results from past examinations.
In the event that examinations are taken by the ICO on behalf of other training providers, the ICO may also pass on the information defined above to these training providers. In the event that the verification is carried out by an ICO partner (Proctor), the ICO may also pass this data on to the service provider. Corresponding contracts with ICO partners regulate the handling of participant data in accordance with this agreement and the stipulations of the current data protection laws.
With registration for an examination by the subject or a training organization appointed by the subject and, at the latest, with participation in the examination, the subject agrees to the collection, processing, disclosure and use of personal data by the ICO in the course of the examination, provided that the subject complies with applicable data protection laws.
