A question is often answered incorrectly at all training organisations and with all trainers, although the examining board thinks the answer is correct. As a rule, this will result in this question being deleted from the catalogue or being revised. Under certain circumstances, we may point out to training organisations and/or trainers that the standard to be imparted allows for a specific exception or regulation that some trainers may not have addressed. In this way, training organisations and trainers may impart the norm regarding these points to participants even better in the future .
If a training organisation or a trainer answers a specific question or questions from a specific sub-area in a way that differs massively from the average again and again, we will inform the organisation or trainer that there may be an error in the training documents or in the understanding of the organisation and trainer, thus providing all persons involved with the opportunity to improve.
